We have all been there, we have all been screwed by the unholy client. Maybe you haven't.... You will... So before that happens (if it hasn't already) protect yourself. Gig Union in affiliation with B.A.V.C. (place I work at) has paid some pretty pricey lawyers to draft this Freelance contract! All you have to do is edit the highlighted portions and your free to edit and make changes to the contract at will (add your logo, remove the logo from the law firm.
