BAOSN, a prominent sports broadcasting network, sought to enhance their coverage of the San Francisco Deltas soccer team. Their ambitious project encompassed multiple facets, including creating a reusable Match Up template, designing the logo for the SF Deltas Soccer Team, crafting replay transitions for both SF Deltas and BAOSN, producing touchdown bumper transitions for the football broadcasts, and league standings graphics for NASL.

Headshot examples for Tricaster Graphic Animations
For each game, I was tasked with extracting player images from their backgrounds and incorporating them into the Tricaster system. The Tricaster system was utilized by BAOSN for broadcasting scoreboards and animations during the games. To meet the requirements of the Tricaster animations, it was crucial that the players appeared on a transparent background. To achieve this, I employed Photoshop to precisely crop out the players.
One notable challenge arose when dealing with the San Diego team. They neglected to provide their headshots before the game, necessitating the meticulous examination of game footage to locate suitable headshots of the players. Typically, I had a limited timeframe of either 45 minutes or one hour to complete this task for each player. Given more time, I would have also performed color adjustments to enhance the overall quality.
In this high-pressure environment, I had less than two minutes per player to accomplish this demanding task.
